The Newton Grain Cleaner

The Newton Grain Cleaner is a multi purpose high capacity gravity screen cleaner with an aspiration system and a scalper. The Newton has distinct advantages over other types of cleaners. Since it works by gravity there is no violent shaking or vibration. This allows you to install it with out having to worry about harming the structural integrity of your facility. As a result, your installation costs will be much less, since you will not have to deal with the problems of shaking and vibration. In the past, companies have bought a cleaner for a specific problem they have, such as buying an aspirator for removing cheat, or buying a screener to raise the test weight. Now you can buy a cleaner that can help you fix a multitude of grain problems, whenever they happen. Such problems may include: removing IDK. raising test weight, removing cheat or bees wings or any material lighter and smaller than the grain you are cleaning. How about separating grains such as mixed corn and milo, scalping out rocks and pieces of concrete....the list goes on and on.

The Newton Grain Cleaner has a screen cleaning system which brushes the bottom of the screens continuously to help keep them clean, mostly eliminating the need to hand clean the screens. This means less "down time" and more clean grain per day!

Even if you have to remove the screens, it is very easy, and can be done by a single person in 5 to 10 minutes, compared to other cleaners that take several people, several tools, and several hours!

The Newton Grain Cleaner has very few moving parts, and that means very low maintenance costs. Most of the parts that may possibly wear out are usually available on a local level.

The Newton Grain Cleaner has about the same power consumption as two bin fans (13 1/2 total horsepower in 3 motors).
