Portable Newton Grain Cleaner

of the outstanding functions and features of the MCi Newton stationary cleaner.
Plus the ability to go to any of your locations to clean up problems at a
minutes notice. All that is required is a three phase electrical supply of
either 220 volts or 440 volt. The portable system is totally self contained and
only requires electricity. Just pull it in over your dump pits, feed it from an
overhead bin and you are up and cleaning! The cleaner and trailer are designed
to be used in conjunction with most elevators dual pit systems. The clean grain
comes out towards the front of the trailer and drops into the first pit. The
fines or cleaned out material comes out towards the rear of the trailer and drops
into the rear pit. The pre-described setup is optimal but other arrangements
work well to. For example a single pit system will work as well. The clean grain
can drop into the single pit and the fines can be augured away into a truck and
then disposed of.
The portable Newton may at first look like it costs considerably more than a
stationary cleaner. However keep in mind all the costs involved with installing
a cleaner permanently. Then think about how much more cost effective a portable
Newton cleaner would be if you have more than one elevator. Instead of hauling grain to
the elevator with the cleaner, just take the cleaner to the grain.
There are two models of the Portable Newton grain cleaner available. The
model 10 and the model 9. The model 10 was designed for most standard elevators
with a door height of at least 10.5’ and the model 9 for door heights of less
than 10.5’. The high volume cleaning capacities for
both models are the same.
